Single Metal Door Weather Strip Guide
TOP
Inside use a 240 angle mount on the header or from the outside use a 245 reverse mount on the door.
SIDES:
From the inside use a 240 angle mount on the jams.
BOTTOM:
Depending on the gap and usage, straight 300 or 400 mounts can be used at the bottom.
GAPS and MEASUREMENTS
You'll need to take these basic measurements:
1. The width of the door.
2. The height of the door.
3. Note any gap space at the bottom, sides and top of the door.

Double Metal Door Weather Strip Guide
TOP:

ASTRAGAL:
2 straight 200 mount brushes facing each other with the tips touching. This can be inside or outside, If there is a strike plate on one of the doors use the 245 reverse on the plate as shown.

You'll need to take these basic measurements:
1. The astragal gap near the top of the door.
2. The astragal gap near the bottom of the door.
3. The width of the door.
4. The height of the door.
5. Note any gap space at the bottom, sides and top of the door.
