Flexible bristle brushes provide an ideal solution for industrial maintenance problems, reducing plant operating costs. The bristles nest tightly together to cover surface gaps effectively, yet allow the passage of levers, handles and moving belts, then quickly close back into original position.
Nylon bristles have unsurpassed flexibility, recovery and abrasion resistance, providing a product that offers superior life and performance. Type 6 nylon is known for its extremely long life, toughness and ability to regain its shape (memory). Thousands of nylon filaments per foot are locked into a steel channel which is in turn held in an aluminum extrusion designed to fit specific size brushes and applications.
