Flexible bristle brushes provide the ideal solution to hundreds of industrial maintenance problems while reducing plant operating costs. The bristles nest tightly together to cover surface gaps effectively, yet allow the passage of levers, handles, moving belts and even workers hands, when necessary. Then they quickly close back into original position, performing the intended task.

Nylon bristles have unsurpassed flexibility, recovery and abrasion resistance, providing a product that offers superior life and performance. Type 6 nylon is known for its extremely long life, toughness and ability to regain its shape (memory). Thousands of nylon filaments per foot (up to 4" in length) are locked into a steel channel which is in turn held in an aluminum extrusion designed to fit specific size brushes and applications.
